Immanuel Evangelical-Lutheran Church: Alexandria, VA

Parents are an important part of their child's education, and their interest and involvement are vital. As a parent of a child enrolled in Immanuel Lutheran School, you are a member of the school's Parent Teacher League (PTL). A copy of the ILS PTL Bylaws can be found here.

The purpose of the PTL is to support education, and to help parents stay closely involved with their children's schooling. Parents are strongly encouraged to become active in PTL activities, such as the Fall and Spring fundraisers, the Back To School Picnic, the Chili Cook-off, and hosting receptions for our Art and Drama Night, etc. 

The PTL brings in speakers on topics related to Classical Education. The PTL also partners with Immanuel Lutheran Church and School for our annual Oktoberfest.
